Everything works as in the photo... you still need to acquire skills to manage it comfortably, as it might be too strong for me.
My daughter took mine and bought me a new one. I like it because it has various massage balls. It came in green color and the delivery took a bit long, but it's good to use. I couldn't take a picture, but the function is great.
